Starting May 7, 2018 at 5 AM until May 29, 2018 at 5 AM we invite listeners to enter for the chance to win 1 pair of Opn1 hearing aids valued at $7,490. To register at the website enter your email address and follow the onscreen instructions. On May 29, 2018 by 12:00PM we will have drawn our winner at random who will be contacted by phone with the number they have given while registering.

Upon winning prize, the winner and the Hearing Consultants of CNY will set up an agreed upon time for a full hearing evaluation and fit the individual. There will be no charges for the individual for this.

One pair of Opn 1 hearing aids valued at $7,490.00

One entry per person. Submitting more than one entry per person will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. in the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address sued to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these official rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void. Our station has the ability to change/adjust the rules at any given time in relation to the contest.

 WHCU/WIII/WYXL/WNYY/WQNY contests are open to all eligible New York State Residents 18 or older have not won anything on WHCU/WIII/WYXL/WNYY/WQNY in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of WHCU/WIII/WYXL/WNYY/WQNY, Cayuga Radio Group, Saga Communications the New England, LLC., and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of the WHCU/WIII/WYXL/WNYY/WQNY main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

 This contest is being run concurrently and simultaneously in the Ithaca New York area between radio stations associated with the Cayuga Radio Group and listeners of said stations will be competing against each other for the same prize.
