ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) – People are still trying to make sense of the news last week that an Ithaca resident was killed, and at least 11 people were involved.
At Tuesday night’s meeting of the Legislature, Chair Shawna Black spoke about the victim, Thomas Rath, community safety, and law enforcement.
Two people were charged with second-degree murder, and 9 others with kidnapping. The most recent arrest happened on Friday, and more people could be charged.
