CORNING, N.Y. (WHCU) – A Corning man will face charges in court next week.
On Saturday, June 10, 2023, State Police arrested 58-year-old Thomas Killian, a music teacher, for allegedly giving a 13-year-old student indecent material. Officials say it was provided at private lessons. Troopers began the investigation the matter in March 2023.
Killian is charged with felonies of disseminating indecent material to a minor and tampering with physical evidence. He is additionally charged with a misdemeanor of endangering the welfare of a child. Killian is scheduled to appear in City of Corning Court on Tuesday, June 20, 2023.
