DRYDEN, NY (607NewsNow) — Three former Tompkins Cortland Community College dorm buildings are on the market.

The TC3 Foundation, which owns all 7 residence halls on the Dryden campus, cites a decrease in demand for traditional housing for students. The commercial real estate firm CBRE Upstate NY is handling applications for the buildings, which feature 3 or 4 bedrooms. Construction of the buildings began in 2008.

According to a news release from TC3, “the TC3 Foundation is retaining four of the residence halls, which offer on-campus housing for approximately 420 students at TC3.”
